Marathon training

This weeks marathon training lacked the same things dicipline and lack of a healthy diet. For the most part, what  my half marathon traning needs is for me to is rise at 5:00am every morning and start running for about atleast 30 minutes daily. If the reader is asking why I have selected the alloted time of  30 minutes a day is because it seems if I am able to run for 30 minutes on a treadmill and ,at the 30 min point,  I decide  that I can run for another 30mins It's easier. This may not make any sense for my readers It's "just what works for me" which maybe isn't working for me this week. While my diet has gotten better it needs far more improvment I'm tending to binge once everyday.

With all of this negitive vibe I'm giving out. Maybe, my readers are thinking Dave tell me something good that's happening in your life. Well recently I've had thoughts that maybe the things that I obess about like "trying  to make a perfect loaf of bread" isn't what I'm looking for. The fact is, maybe I need to consider a more spiritual relationship. Recentley, while attending church at Northpark Baptist I've realized that maybe carrying out actions that are more Christlike spritually I will become whole again and it's working.

Check out this site. Maybe you can already manage distance, but this program will help you learn to pace yourself. With a better pace you'll be able to run further and feel better.
Keep up the good work buddy!
